Coach, teach me how to get out of the rat race! #CA2020 #Cashflow

I had the chance of taking pictures of the grand Cashflow event and Millionaire Mind gathering last May 30, 2010 held at the Asian Institute of Management in Makati City. It was a great sunday with overflowing coffee and tea plus a morning of fantastic workshops attended by more than 100 participants.

Cashflow 101 is one of the workshops promoted by Create Abundance 2020 Business Community to spread financial education to all the Filipinos.

This is the board game created by Robert T. Kiyosaki, popularly known as the author of the best selling finance book, Rich Dad Poor Dad.

He says if you want to be rich and wealthy, you have to learn how to read and write financial statements. Because the banks don’t ask for your report card or your transcript of record, but rather your financial statement.

So if you don’t know how to write or even read a financial statement properly, I bet you will have a struggling and no direction financial status.

Why is financial statement important anyway?

It is because through financial statements you can see the real financial well being of a person. Oftentimes, most Filipinos are accustomed to having extravagant decorations, or doodads (such as cars, house, expensive gadgets like laptops, iPhones, etc) as a measure of being rich.

But if you take a deeper look into most Filipinos with this kind of attitude, they are dirt poor on the inside. They are deeply in debt with liabilities (bad debts, loans, credit cards that allow them to buy these doodads) This keep them working for a job because all they know is to spend money, but not create it.

Would you like to know how to read and write and understand your financial statement? If yes is your answer, then by all means, reserve a seat this coming Saturday July 10, 2010.

We’ll be having another Cashflow 101 gathering, an event you don’t want to miss.

To reserve a seat to the CashFlow 101, simply text “I WANT TO PLAY CASHFLOW” with your NAME and send it to either one of the following numbers.
